Brood 9 Stunt System Workshop!

This 3 hour workshop is designed to give you the basic understanding of the Brood 9 Stunt System as well as be able to perform the movements done in the B9 Stunt System DVD.  You will learn rolls, falls, jumps, as well as physical stunt movements such as taking a punch, being thrown, working with partners and overall protection.  

This is intended for individuals who are interested in stunts for media, actors looking to perform their own basic stunts, fitness enthusiasts looking for different ways to train, and also those looking for a general better understanding of how their body works, self defense and preservation for their joints and muscles.

The breakdown of the workshop is:

Hour 1 - Warmup and learn basics of rolls, falls and jumps as well as some stunt strength training

Hour 2 - Intermediate stunt movements, and performing stunts with objects and basic tumbling

Hour 3 - Putting it all together.  Combining stunts, Physical fighting stunts and working with partners.

About Instructor:

Anthony Eisenhower has over 20 years of experience studying, practicing and teaching martial arts including Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Coju-jitsu, Capoeira, Kenpo Karate, Gung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Pankration. Anthony holds Blackbelts in Coju-jitsu, Tae Kwon Do as well as Muay Thai Level 2 Khru.  Anthony studied gymnastics at L.A. Valley College and dance at Loyola Marymount University with the purpose of increasing flexibility and endurance for competition. He competed in full contact Kickboxing, Pankration and MMA. Anthony also performs stunt and fight choreography for music videos, commercials and various film and television projects; past projects include Alias, Birds of Prey, Dark Angel and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. 

Anthony is also the creator of the Brood 9 Stunt System, which is one of the few Stunt Certification classes taught for Physical stunt work.  He has a DVD with the basics of this program through My Mad Methods Productions, and is a contributor to the My Mad Methods Magazine as well as other Fitness and MMA forums.
